The central library of Jibantala Rokeya Mahavidyalaya is on the ground floor of the college campus.The library is still at the stage of growing but it holds a resourceful collection of books and few academic journals. The library tries its best to serve as a centre of knowledge. Currently the library has around 3000 books. The books in the library is classified and arranged according to Dewey Decimal Classification Scheme. The library of this college is an open access library. Apart from circulation of books, the library also provides a reading zone facility with almost 30 seating capacities for students and teachers. There is a periodical display rack displaying the subscribed journals and newspapers. The library has a browsing section with one desktop computer with internet connection for accessing e-learning resources.

Rules & Regulations
1. Silence must be observed in the Library.
2. Loitering, Gossiping, Smoking and Eating in Library is strictly prohibited.
3. Users should switch off their mobile phones
4. Users are advised to avoid talking and/or discussion so as not to create disturbance to other readers.
5. The Student, to whom the book was last issued, would be held responsible for any damage, defacement or mutilation, detected at the time of return.
6. Members are required to carry their library card while visiting Library and must show them at the request of the Library Staff.
7. Users are requested to switch off electric fans and lights when not required in Reading Room.
8. Chairs and tables should not be misplaced from their position.
9. Mutilation of library materials and damage to library property are serious offences. The members shall be held responsible for any damage done to the documents or any other property belonging to the Library, and shall be required to replace such books/ property damaged.
10. Students can borrow twice books at a time.
Library Facilities:
Open Access
The library offers Open access facility to its students for the Reading and
Reference Section. Teachers enjoy Open access to the entire collection of
the library.
Wi-Fi Facility
The library is fully Wi-Fi enabled, allowing students and teachers to
access the network with the provided password.
