FEEDBACK SYSTEM

Internal Quality Assurance Cell makes it a tradition to mandatorily collect feedback from stakeholders-students, teachers, alumni and employers.This is done by the Feedback Committee. They collect and analyze the feedback received and make suggestions to appropriate bodies so as to initiate the action for improvement. Feedback for Jibantala Rokeya Mahavidyalaya is mainly carried out in offline mode and efforts are on to enable the collection to be system supported and online.

Objective:
The objective of the exercise is to correctly and appropriately gauge the impact of all the efforts taken by the institution at all levels on various stakeholders. The institution is committed to extend the benefits to impact all the stakeholders. This feedback is collected and trends generated through statistical analysis.. Based on the opinions of the stakeholders, further action is taken by the administration.

Methodology:

· Feedback from students is collected in offline mode and handed over to IQAC for its analysis. The statistical data generated is handed over to the Academic Sub-Committee. The Academic Sub-committee after due deliberations offer suggestions to the departments and governing body that are then incorporated.

· Feedback from Alumni is collected during Alumni Meets. The filled in forms are duly sent for further deliberations and actions.

· Feedback from teachers are also collected and subsequent actions similar to the previous feedbacks is followed.

· Employers feedback are also collected sometimes as scope permits often in person manually.

· The feedback thus collected are handed over by IQAC to the Academic Sub-Committee for due deliberations. The decisions taken by the authorities are forwarded for action to be taken.
